Sigma Information Group, Inc. is looking for a System Administrator to support a Dallas-area client and other markets.

The role involves on-site and remote work across multiple clients, maintaining servers, desktops, firewalls, and network equipment, and ensuring high-quality service with excellent communication. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year as an IT admin or consultant, strong Windows Server and networking knowledge, and the ability to manage deadlines across several projects while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years IT management experience.
• Minimum 1 year as a network/system administrator, IT manager or IT consultant.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Office and common business OS.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interface with customer executives.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects with deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Deploy solutions including Exchange, VMware and Windows Server.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and vendors.
• Build new network and server environments.
• Manage, maintain and upgrade existing servers, networks and desktops.
• Maintain relationships with multiple customers and communicate status updates.
• Understand customer processes and recommend technology solutions.
• Resolve complex technical problems including software deployments and hardware issues.
