Job summary

AspireHR is expanding its Managed Services Team in the United States to enhance payroll processing capabilities for multiple clients. This Payroll Processing Analyst will report to the Payroll Processing Manager and contribute to AMS & BPO offerings using cutting-edge payroll technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with payroll processing and accuracy in data entry.
• Experience with SAP ECP preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and audit bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for multiple clients.
• Handle payroll inquiries via calls, emails, and cases.
• Review timecards, deductions, and health insurance for accuracy.
• Create and analyze payroll reports and GL reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll manuals and training materials updates.
• Support quarterly and annual payroll reporting to federal and state authorities.
• Participate in audits as needed.
• Ensure timely posting to general ledger and documentation updates.
