• Troubleshoots situations, educates clients, and develops partnerships with stakeholders.
• Coaches and mentors payroll team members.
• Identifies, develops, and implements process improvements for accurate and timely payroll delivery.
• Onboards and maintains assigned clients across states for payroll and related services.
• Balances audits and ensures integrity for SOX compliance.
• Participates in client meetings to demonstrate value of Insperity's payroll solutions.
• Drives client satisfaction through quality service checks and proactive communications.
