Job summary

Story Cannabis seeks a Marketing Communications Specialist to lead day-to-day email, SMS and social media communications across B2C and B2B channels. You will evaluate audience needs and regulatory requirements to tailor timing, segmentation and optimization opportunities, while coordinating assets and vendor relationships.

You will manage campaigns, ensure compliance with state advertising rules, and collaborate with Brand Ambassadors to capture content and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years marketing experience; email/SMS platform experience preferred.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling/publishing tools and platform-specific best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily loyalty program communications, including email and SMS campaigns.
• Build, QA and deploy campaigns for retail and wholesale audiences per content calendar.
• Perform pre-send QA on links, personalization, compliance language and send timing.
• Develop and manage social content strategy and calendar; coordinate with Creative Services.
• Monitor engagement and respond per brand guidelines; escalate issues as needed.
• Analyze performance and optimize campaigns across channels; report trends.
• Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
