You will evaluate channel performance, audience needs, and regulatory requirements to determine timing, segmentation and optimization opportunities. You will coordinate creative assets, engage with the online community, manage vendor relationships, and lead initiatives that advance the broader marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years marketing experience, email/SMS knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-channel cadence.
• Self-motivated with proactive task management.
• Punctual and adaptable to occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily loyalty program communications and campaigns for B2C and B2B.
• Build, QA and deploy email and SMS campaigns per content calendar.
• Ensure pre-send QA on links, personalization, and compliance language.
• Develop audience segmentation and optimize programmatic advertising.
