Job summary

Coca-Cola HBC Ireland is seeking an ambitious eCommerce Manager to grow the online business, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive commercial and marketing initiatives across eCommerce channels.

You'll manage key channels (FSA, B&C, eWHS, qCommerce), lead Joint Business Planning with clients, create annual marketing plans, monitor performance, and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and group stakeholders to hit targets.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce commercial roles.
• KAM experience would be a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actions.
• Fluency in at least one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian).
• MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage key eCommerce channels including FSA, B&C, eWHS, qCommerce, and specialist retail.
• Build partnerships with direct clients; lead negotiations, contracts, forecasting and JBP.
• Create and execute annual customer marketing and activation plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor performance, market trends, and competitor activity; drive growth.
• Lead D4T campaigns and measure results.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and Group stakeholders to hit targets.
• Manage the eCommerce marketing budget, reporting and performance tracking.
• Drive eRetail excellence, identify opportunities and share best practices.
