Job summary

You will build audience files across channels using Simon CDP, create dashboards, perform QA, and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Database Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver audience files for marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support campaigns through segmentation, data extraction, and audience targeting.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure campaign files and outputs are accurate.
• Create dashboards and operational reports using Power BI, Tableau, or related tools.
• Monitor campaign schedules and maintain campaign calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
• Research and resolve data issues and reporting inquiries.
• Securely deliver and archive campaign files for internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and performance goals.
