Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to support students across elementary and high school campuses in the Kansas City, KS area. This contract role runs through May 21, 2027, with district support to reduce caseloads and added SLPA assistance forthcoming.

The ideal candidate holds an SLP license and CCC, with school-based experience and a collaborative, scheduling-friendly approach to serve multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid SLP license and CCC credential.
• Experience providing speech-language services in a school setting strongly preferred.
• Comfortable managing a substantial caseload (60+ students), with district support in reducing numbers
• Collaborative, communicative, and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to organize and structure your weekly schedule to prioritize student needs across multiple campuses

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to assigned students at both an elementary and a high school campus
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and communication with educational teams
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
• Adapt therapy approaches as needed to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational plans
