Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary caseload near Kansas City, MO. The role runs full-time with a schedule from 8:50am to 4:25pm, starting ASAP and extending through December 4, with potential for longer placement.

The SLP will provide therapy to 37 direct students and 2-3 consults, lead weekly in-class language groups, and document progress within IEP goals while coordinating with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri SLP-CCC or SLPA licensure required.
• School-based experience preferred, elementary/cross-categorical.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience with language groups and diverse student needs is a plus.
• Ability to engage students in inclusive settings and adapt to instructional models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy for a caseload of 37 direct students and 2-3 consults.
• Deliver in-class language group interventions every week.
• Document progress, develop and implement IEP goals, and collaborate with staff and families.
• Participate in routine school duties such as morning drop-off and afternoon dismissal, providing support and ensuring student safety.
