Job summary

Soliant Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year to work in a school district in the Kansas City, MO area. The SLP will perform standard duties including testing, report writing, treatment, and multidisciplinary collaboration as part of a comprehensive approach to meet student needs.

Position requires a Master’s degree in SLP or Communication Disorders, Missouri SLP license (active or pending), and is favorable to ASHA certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active or pending Missouri SLP license or ability to apply for one.
• ASHA certification is a PLUS, but CFY is welcome to apply.
• Previous school or pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete IEPs, assessments, treatment, and documentation for students with speech, voice, hearing and language impairments.
• Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team.
• Caseload involves speech, voice, hearing and language impairments.
• Work Hours are typically 8:00 AM-3:30 PM, 37.5 hours per week.

Compensation

• Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
