Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students near Kansas City, MO in a contract-based role. The candidate will conduct assessments, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and provide therapy in group and individual settings.

Collaboration with teachers and families is essential to promote student progress and success. Strong preference for CCC-SLP and licensure; CFs considered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs considered.
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students needing speech-language services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Deliver therapy in group and individual settings using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required.
• Educate staff and parents on effective communication strategies.
