Qualifications

• Comfortable managing a substantial caseload (60+ students), with district support in reducing numbers

• Ability to organize and structure your weekly schedule to prioritize student needs across multiple campuses

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to assigned students at both an elementary and a high school campus
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and communication with educational teams
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
• Adapt therapy approaches as needed to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational plans
