Job summary

Porter-Gaud School seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across three campuses, directing staff, schedules, and safety compliance. You will coordinate routine, reactive, and preventative maintenance, and support building automation for HVAC systems and events.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and experience with CMMS; flexibility to work extended hours and events is expected.

• Experience overseeing facility maintenance operations and staff.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience with building automation and HVAC systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance routines across three school campuses.
• Assist with Building Automation System for HVAC.
