Job summary

ANDMORE is seeking a Manager, Facilities and Technical Maintenance to lead day-to-day campus operations, ensuring safe, efficient spaces for tenants and events across our High Point campus. The role supports large market periods and works with partners to uphold high facility standards.

The position oversees MEP systems, life safety, and a maintenance team, collaborating with Leasing, Tenant Relations, and local authorities to maintain performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities management or building operations experience.
• Experience managing large commercial buildings or multi-building campuses.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations across campus.
• Manage vendor relationships and invoices for services.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols across facilities.
• Lead and develop facilities/maintenance team with performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Tenant Relations, and Operations for showroom maintenance.
• Drive energy efficiency and utility management.
