Job summary

The role reports to the Director of Facilities, requires flexibility to work outside regular hours for events and emergencies, and involves overseeing staff, budgets, vendor invoices, safety compliance, and campus event support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of supervisory experience in a Customer Service and/or Facilities industry.
• Extensive knowledge/experience in campus maintenance operations, including CMMS and locksmithing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
• APPA and/or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred).
• Experience in an educational environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance routines across three campuses, including basic to intermediate electrical, mechanical and plumbing tasks.
• Assist in Building Automation System operations for HVAC across campuses.
• Manage employee schedules and coordinate with Human Resources for documentation.
• Maintain maintenance tools and inventory systems; supervise and develop staff.
• Review vendor invoices and liaise with accounting; ensure contract terms.
• Oversee campus annual inspection plans and large campus events coordination.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to department policies.
• Provide backup support to Directors of Facilities as needed.
