PrideGlobal is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist in Washington, DC (Hybrid) for a contract role of 5 months with potential extension. The position focuses on planning, building, and executing targeted email campaigns to engage customers, nurture leads, and drive sales.

The role requires managing multiple campaigns, performing A/B tests, and coordinating HTML edits while ensuring quality and compliance across devices.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in email marketing or high-volume environments.
• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms and related tools (Braze, Salesforce, Squarespace).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Jira.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, HTML editing tools, and basic HTML coding.
• Flexibility to support breaking-news or time-sensitive campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy mobile-optimized newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated email sequences.
• Manage ~10 email campaigns simultaneously across development stages.
• Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, CTAs, and send times.
• Coordinate placement of promotional banners within newsletters.
• Perform minor HTML edits and updates; full email coding not required.
• Manage assignments, timelines, and project communications using online tools.
• Perform QA checks for rendering, compliance, and tracking metadata.
• Prepare and distribute campaign proofs for stakeholder review and approval.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across levels of the organization.
