SaunaNews is seeking a skilled organic social media specialist to lead multiple brand accounts from its Wheeling, IL office. You will develop strategic content calendars, craft engaging posts, and manage community interactions to grow organic reach and engagement.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience, strong video and writing skills, and the ability to tailor tone across audiences. Hybrid work model in Wheeling, Illinois is offered.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of professional organic social media experience, preferably across multiple brands.
• Strong command of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and short-form video.
• Strong writing and the ability to adjust tone across brands and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-brand organic social strategies and content calendars.
• Turn product launches, promotions and brand positioning into platform-specific content.
• Weekly posting and writing captions, hooks and CTAs.
• Create Reels, Stories and simple edits from existing photos and videos.
• Monitor comments, messages and mentions, and respond to them.
• Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations and scheduling.
