Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of District Managers and Restaurant General Managers.
• Drive Guest satisfaction and profitability across multiple brands.
• Review labor costs and optimize scheduling.
• Set and monitor weekly to annual goals for sales and operations.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and development of managers.
• Analyze data and reports to improve EBITDA and guest experience.
• Travel within the assigned region as needed.
• Collaborate with Above Restaurant Leaders and Managers to uphold standards.
• Ensure quality control in guest service, facilities, and operations.
