Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group in Northern Kentucky seeks an Area Business Transient Sales Manager to drive revenue across Hilton Pennywell, Homewood Suites Galleria, and TownePlace Suites Brentwood. You will build relationships with local and regional businesses, proactively identify opportunities, and match clients with the best-fit hotel.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hotel sales, business travel/transient sales, corporate sales, account management, or related B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect for new business and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new corporate and extended‑stay accounts and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
• Grow production from existing negotiated accounts and manage Local Negotiated Rate and other agreements.
• Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, hotel tours, and property presentations.
• Identify extended-stay and relocation opportunities and collaborate with relocation companies and HR contacts.
• Cross-sell between properties to maximize portfolio revenue.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and hotel leadership to set competitive rates.
