You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of teller or cash-handling experience, with strong communication and reliability for travel.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service during customer banking transactions.
• Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to banking partners for additional financial solutions.
• Support teller operations and help maintain operational excellence across branch locations.
• Educate customers on available banking products, services, and digital banking capabilities.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive banking experience.
• Process transactions in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Service vault, ATM, and night deposit operations as assigned.
• Travel regularly to support staffing and operational needs across multiple branches within the district.
