Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service during customer banking transactions.
• Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to banking partners for financial solutions.
• Support teller operations and maintain operational excellence across branches.
• Educate customers on banking products and digital capabilities.
• Resolve questions to ensure positive banking experiences.
• Process transactions in line with bank policies and security standards.
• Service vault, ATM, and night deposits as assigned.
• Travel regularly to support staffing across multiple branches.
