Job summary

Marshland Credit Union in southeast Georgia seeks a Float Teller/Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional service across multiple branches. You will handle transactions, support member accounts, and promote products while ensuring policy compliance.

This role requires travel between locations, quick adaptation to different teams, and a strong commitment to member satisfaction. High school diploma required; cash handling and digital banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service to members at multiple branches.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Open new memberships, establish accounts, order debit cards, wire transfers, and assist digital banking.
• Assist with account maintenance, including changes to addresses, phone, email, and titling.
• Promote and explain credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Make outbound calls to enhance relationships and promote services.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements including BSA and OFAC.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and interactions.
• Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies per policy.
• Travel as needed to support branch staffing and peak periods.
• Collaborate with branch teams to maintain service excellence across locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
