Job summary

Paycom seeks a dynamic Floating Teller to provide coverage across Meridian Branch locations. You will greet members, explain services, and assist with financial needs while maintaining excellent service standards.

The role requires flexibility to travel among West Region branches and support teams as needed. Candidates should have at least six months of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong interpersonal skills for daily interactions with members and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum six months of similar or related experience.
• Education: a high school education or GED.
• Interpersonal skills: ability to interact with the public and colleagues.
• Other skills: strong communication, organization, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with their credit union needs.
• Explain services and direct members to appropriate teams.
• Maintain service standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Balance daily cash transactions and perform paying/receiving duties.
• Support branch staff across multiple locations as needed.
