Job summary

HomeTown Services is seeking a Multi-Branch Sales Manager to oversee revenue-producing sales across multiple branches, guiding a team of 20–60 Comfort Advisors, technicians, and inside-sales staff. You will drive sales execution, margin protection, and disciplined selling, partnering with branch leaders to optimize the customer journey from call to sold job to install.

You will implement KPI-driven management, coach daily, and ensure consistent pricing, upsells, and performance improvement

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales leadership experience in residential home services.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, raise close rates, and improve margins across large teams.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of in-home sales psychology and value-based selling.
• High proficiency in KPI-driven management and CRM systems (ServiceTitan strongly preferred).
• Willingness to travel between branches (up to ~30%).
• Strong business acumen and data literacy; able to translate KPIs into coaching actions.
• Competitive, disciplined, and relentlessly improvement-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales organization across multiple branches with distinct GMs and cultures.
• Directly manage 20–60 sales personnel including Comfort Advisors and sales-focused technicians.
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor performance, train, and reinforce expectations.
• Foster a unified, high-performance sales culture emphasizing urgency, professionalism, and customer focus.
• Implement and enforce disciplined sales processes, including option-based selling and upsells.
• Monitor KPIs such as close rate, average ticket, gross margin, financing utilization, and discounts.
• Partner with Dispatch, Install, and Service to align capacity and scheduling; ensure margin protection.
• Provide coaching via calls, ride-alongs, role play, and structured performance reviews; develop SOPs.
