• Resolve major customer issues and coordinate with regional leadership.
• Participate in monthly Traction meetings with the Regional Director.
• Ensure safety reporting and incident handling across the team.
• Maintain 24/7 coverage on rotation and support counter/phone sales.
• Develop new customer relationships and partner with customers to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager on pricing, deliveries, and special projects.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure service quality.
