Prospect Mold in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor – Multi-Axis to lead the Multi-Axis departments across all shifts, managing people, parts and processes to meet project metrics. The role emphasizes daily line-up updates, tooling readiness, and clear work instructions.

Applicants should hold a BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or equivalent and have at least 5 years of supervision in machining, with experience in metal cutting, tooling, and CAD/CAM software.

Qualificações

• BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with metal cutting and tooling for metal cutting.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• 5 years of supervision in a machining environment.

Responsabilidades

• Update the machine line up daily to ensure scheduling for 10 days.
• Ensure programming/tools/fixturing/materials are available when required.
• Lead and document how to process each job and include instructions on the line up.
• Ensure employees understand line up and sequence for each item.
• Monitor and improve MAXM asset utilization and overtime management.
