Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5 years supervision in a machining environment required.
• Experience with metal cutting, tooling for metal cutting, and CAD/CAM software.
• Desired: mold/die metal cutting; exposure to metrology, benching, fitting, assembly, subcontracting.

Aufgaben

• Manage all aspects of people, parts and processes in the Multi-Axis departments across all shifts.
• Ensure customer project needs are met while achieving project metrics and business objectives.
• Update the machine line up daily and schedule items 10 days out.
• Ensure tooling, fixturing, materials and instructions are available for all jobs on the line up.
• Attend MAXM manufacturing and work order meetings and ensure work is completed and signed off.
• Review NC revision logs and ensure work is completed and signed off.
• Monitor overtime and absenteeism; enforce policy and drive asset utilization.
