Job summary

Mach3 Machine in Cuyahoga Falls, OH seeks a project manager to coordinate between customers and our manufacturing team. You will own orders from receipt to final shipment, keep projects on schedule, ensure materials availability, and provide accurate production updates.

The role suits someone with manufacturing or CNC experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while communicating clearly with cross-functional teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in project management, manufacturing operations, production planning or scheduling, supply chain coordination, customer account management or CNC machining.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Orders from Start to Finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules aligning production capacity, material availability, outside processing, inspection requirements, and customer delivery expectations.
• Coordinate with Production, Programming, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping to ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor project timelines and identify schedule risks.
• Maintain visibility of all active jobs and monitor progress throughout the manufacturing process.
• Serve as a primary operational point of contact for assigned customers.
• Provide timely project updates regarding schedules, production progress, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate customer visits, audits, inspections, and project review meetings.
• Manage project changes, schedule modifications, and customer requests while maintaining clear documentation.
