• Develop, implement and maintain Machine Shop standard practices.
• Supervise operations and methods of production throughout the Machine Shop.
• Responsible for productivity and ongoing productivity improvements.
• Plan and schedule equipment maintenance and repair work.
• Calibration and maintenance of gauging instruments.
• Housekeeping and safety compliance in the Machine Shop.
• Instructs and evaluates employees on proper work methods, quality, safety, and policy.
