About the RolePicture your day starting at a pristine workstation inside our 30,000+ square foot facility in Columbus, Ohio. You pull up customer prints or CAD files, write or edit programs, set tools, and bring parts from raw stock to finished components—end to end. You move seamlessly between three large 4‑axis horizontal machining centers, two vertical machining centers, a boring mill, and a range of 4‑ and 5‑axis lathes, keeping quality and on‑time delivery front and center.Along the way, you interpret complex drawings and specifications with confidence, respond quickly to maintenance needs, and collaborate across departments—sharing insights, supporting teammates, and demonstrating leadership on the floor.What You’ll DoProgram, set up, edit, and machine parts directly from customer prints or CAD models, taking jobs from start to finish.Run work across horizontal and vertical machining centers, a boring mill, and 4‑/5‑axis lathes.Read and apply advanced prints and prescribed specifications to achieve exacting tolerances.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and address machine maintenance needs to minimize downtime.Foster teamwork, communication, and leadership with peers and other departments.Leverage prior experience (3+ years preferred).
