Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Production Floater for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm–12am) to support multiple production areas and cover absences as needed. The role emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving across lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or food/beverage production preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to learn multiple production tasks quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-of-Line Production Support: remove finished goods, label, count, and organize pallets; assist with the Variety Pack line as needed.
• Core Production Duties: manage depalletizer equipment, operate forklift, support production flow during absences or line slowdowns.
• General Production Support: stock materials, monitor quality with QC, follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Safety and Cleanliness: maintain sanitation, prevent contamination, ensure safe working environment.
• Collaborate with Production Associates, Leads and Supervisors to ensure efficiency across shifts.
