Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Able to read and write English fluently
• Basic mathematic and reading
• Frequent lifting of material up to 80 pounds
• Able to push and pull materials up to 500-600 pounds
• Regularly required to talk, hear and see
• Frequently required to stand, walk and bend
• Manual dexterity with ability to reach with hands and arms
• Climbing ladders and stairs often
• Able to work in hot/humid environments (up to 110°F) and cold environments (below -20°F)
• Able to bend and go under conveyers

Aufgaben

• Safely and properly changeover and operate equipment in the immediate work area
• Clean and sanitize the immediate work area
• Fill in for each and every work position when needed
• Perform operator level adjustments and preventative maintenance
• Complete paperwork and touchscreen entries accurately
• Direct and train temporary workers to complete tasks
• Participate in training SGFM program for area employees
• Understand weights, measurements, and batching of kettles
• Build a team environment within the work area and SGFM
• Follow safety regulations and GMP/SQF/OSHA requirements
• Operate forklift and pallet jack as needed (in-house certification provided)
• Work under pressure while multitasking
• Follow supervisor instructions and goals
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Supervisor
