Job summary

Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Packaging Operator for 2nd shift. You will operate packaging machinery, monitor quality, and support the production team. This role requires collaboration with Quality Control and Logistics to maintain smooth workflow.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 2pm–12am, in a fast-paced production environment. Prior forklift experience and a willingness to learn filler operations are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience operating a forklift, preferred.
• Experience with packaging equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• End-of-Line Production Support: remove finished goods and stack on pallets.
• Core Production Duties: operate packaging equipment and ensure material supply.
• Specialized Duties: backup for Filler operations when needed.
• Safety and Cleanliness: maintain sanitation and follow SOPs.
• All other duties as assigned.
