Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer for the US Intelligence Community market. Responsible for technical sales, discovery, architecture, and customer validation. Must translate complex MuleSoft and cloud capabilities into business outcomes.

You will collaborate with the MuleSoft Sales team, perform demonstrations, and guide customers through Proofs of Concepts while aligning solutions to customer visions. Strong communication and security clearance readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• United States citizenship required.
• Security clearance eligibility (TS/SCI with polygraph).
• 7+ years as a solution/sales engineer for middleware or similar tech.
• Experience with APIs, Java or Python.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and map to Salesforce product portfolio.
• Build trust with clients and influence decision makers.
• Provide technical demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Participate in product, sales, and technical trainings.
• Achieve quarterly and annual objectives with management.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced team-selling environment.
• Travel domestically as required.
