Job summary

Salesforce National Security (SNS) seeks a seasoned Solution Engineer to support US Intelligence Community customers. You will align MuleSoft and Salesforce solutions with client goals, perform technical discovery, deliver demonstrations, and guide architectural decisions. Background eligibility and polygraph readiness are required.

You will collaborate with sales, ensure security and compliance, and drive customer outcomes through technical leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a solution/sales engineer for a Middleware company or similar technology.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain federal security clearance.
• Background investigation prerequisites and TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and map them to Salesforce product portfolio.
• Establish trust with clients and influence decision makers.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, POCs, and workshops.
• Code and debug against Java APIs; work with cloud technologies (iPaaS, SaaS, cloud infra).
• Participate in product, sales, and technical training to maintain knowledge.
