Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a MTSS Social Worker/Counselor for the 2026-2027 school year to support K-12 students in a public school setting. This onsite role is 35 hours per week, partnering with families, staff, and administrators to build data-driven interventions.

The ideal candidate holds an MSW or Counseling degree with an LMSW or LPC license in Michigan, and has experience in schools delivering social work and counseling services, plus strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMSW or LPC license in Michigan; LLMSW/LLPC considered if working toward full licensure.
• Experience in public schools delivering social work/counseling services.
• Familiarity with collaborative teams and implementing interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assess data collection and intervention strategies for staff and building administrators.
• Design, implement, and track tiered interventions to support student success.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, parents/guardians, and support teams in MTSS meetings.
• Deliver individual and group counseling and intervention services.
• Provide data-driven, research-based strategies to staff members.
• Maintain thorough records for assigned caseload.
• Assist families in engaging with their child’s education.
