Job summary

• Valid Michigan School Social Worker license or certification.
• Experience with MTSS and school-based counseling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate, and utilize student data to inform intervention strategies.
• Design and implement tiered interventions and provide case management.
• Participate in MTSS meetings, staff conferences, and parent conferences.
• Deliver individual and group counseling to address student needs.
• Coordinate with community agencies and schools to provide services.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with policies.
