Soliant Health is seeking a MTSS Social Worker/Counselor for the 2026-2027 school year to support K-12 students in a public school setting. This onsite role is 35 hours per week, partnering with families, staff, and administrators to build data-driven interventions.

The ideal candidate holds an MSW or Counseling degree with an LMSW or LPC license in Michigan, and has experience in schools delivering social work and counseling services, plus strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Step into a vital role supporting student success as a Multi-Tier Systems of Support (MTSS) Social Worker/Counselor for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity encompasses 35 hours per week, serving a diverse K-12 caseload within a public school setting. The ideal candidate will excel at collaboration and thrive in onsite environments, engaging closely with students, staff, and families across general education classrooms.

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited institution
• Current valid LMSW or LPC licensure in Michigan (LLMSW/LLPC will be considered if working towards full licensure)
• Prior experience in public schools or related agencies delivering social work/counseling services
• Familiarity with collaborative teams and experience developing and implementing interventions
• Comfort working with students across all grade levels (K-12)
• Required: Official university transcripts, LARA license, and MDE SW Approval
