Job summary

• Must meet Highly Qualified requirements for paraprofessionals.
• Social work degree/background preferred.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.
• Positive experience working with K-8 students is preferred.
• Familiarity with MTSS and Restorative Justice practices preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with students individually and in small groups.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a school setting preferred.
• Experience in implementing behavior intervention in a school setting preferred.
• An overwhelmingly positive attitude and willingness to work with students/families is required.
• Ability to accurately collect and maintain student intervention progress monitoring data.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

The following position is available for the 2026-2027 school year:

MTSS Paraprofessional

This is a MTSS Paraprofessional position serving the behavioral needs of students. This position will serve as an integral part of the buildings behavioral support team, serving a critical role in establishing “Restorative Justice” practices, conflict resolution as well as ongoing student behavioral and emotional support.

QUALIFICATIONS:
