Job summary

Upper Darby School District Garrettford Elementary School is seeking MTSS Tutors for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is a 10-month, part-time position at $38.63 per hour, with up to 700 hours per school year.

The MTSS Interventionist will support reading, math, behavior, and SEL interventions and help develop a district-wide MTSS framework. Responsibilities include coordinating interventions, identifying students for Tier 2/3, delivering strategies, and guiding staff on MTSS implementation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Knowledge of MTSS model and implementation of interventions.
• Ability to analyze data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate implementation of academic interventions for students in need of support.
• Use data to identify students for Tier 2 or 3 intervention.
• Deliver evidence-based strategies to support students individually or in small groups.
• Assist teachers in addressing learning using MTSS and guide on strategies and tools.
