Job summary

Stonehurst Hills Elementary School in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania is seeking an MTSS Tutor for the 2026-2027 school year. This 10-month position offers up to 700 hours at $38.63 per hour.

The MTSS Interventionist will provide direct intervention and progress monitoring for students in reading, math, behavior, and social-emotional learning (SEL). You will help develop a systematic school-wide MTSS approach and work closely with instructional staff.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and valid state certification.
• Knowledge of the MTSS model and how to implement interventions.
• Experience with diverse student groups.
• Ability to analyze data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate academic interventions for students in need of support towards meeting course standards.
• Uses data to identify students for Tier 2 or 3 intervention support.
• Delivers research-based strategies and techniques to support students individually or in small groups.
• Assist teachers and instructional staff in addressing student learning using the MTSS framework; provide guidance on strategies, tools, and techniques to effectively teach all students
