Job summary

Mayo Elementary School in Holden, MA is seeking an MTSS Interventionist - Long Term Substitute to support student success through data-driven, inclusive instructional practices. You will work with school leadership teams under the MTSS framework and report to the MTSS Interventionist Specialist and principals.

Qualifications

Certification: Elementary 1-6; Early Childhood PreK-2; Early Childhood PreK-3.
LETRS training preferred.
Experience using MTSS frameworks and data-driven instructional planning.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Model effective instructional strategies in the classroom.
Deliver inclusive reading and math instruction.
Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs.
Collaborate with teachers to align interventions with core curriculum.
Lead PLCs to improve instructional strategies and targeted support.
Collaborate with educators to share data and refine practices.
