Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher earned academic degree
• Licensed by MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Math (grades 9-12) or Special Education (grades 9-12) preferred
• SEI endorsement preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred
• Experience using technology to support student interventions

Responsibilities

• Provides direct instruction to 9–12 students in a classroom setting
• Assesses student needs to guide learning and improve achievement
• Interprets data to determine intervention cycles (tier II and III)
• Establishes clear learning targets for lessons using assessment data
• Uses varied instructional techniques aligned with standards and student needs
• Progress monitors students and maintains records of progress
• Maintains documentation and communicates with families and leaders
