Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of four years of successful teaching experience
• Experience with collaborative planning, coaching, and staff development
• Knowledge of MTSS and data-driven instruction
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Exemplary interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MTSS supports and interventions with school leaders.
• Assist in designing Tier II and Tier III interventions.
• Support SST processes and monitor resource implementation.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to staff on MTSS.
• Develop and maintain a problem-solving framework for tiered strategies.
