• Bachelor's degree with two years of experience working with children/adolescents in educational or related settings.
• Demonstrated knowledge of academic and/or behavioral intervention strategies.
• Experience working with diverse student populations and families.

Responsibilities

• Direct Student Support: support tier 1 systems, coordinate activities, provide tutoring, document Tier 2/3 interventions.
• Data Collection, Analysis, & Reporting: collect and analyze data, maintain records, generate progress reports.
• Collaboration with School Team & Families: communicate with staff, model management strategies, provide staff training.
