Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking an experienced educator to support MTSS implementation across ELA and Math within the Morris School District. The role focuses on Tier I and II interventions and requires strong data-driven instructional planning and collaboration with teachers.

The position emphasizes professional development delivery, curriculum differentiation, and ongoing progress monitoring with a commitment to student success in a supportive district environment.

Qualifications

• NJ teacher certification is required.
• Experience with MTSS for ELA and/or Math.
• Five years of teaching experience.
• Strong data analysis and instructional goal setting.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support MTSS implementation at all tiers with focus on Tier I & II for ELA/Math.
• Model developmentally appropriate, research-based instruction for teachers.
• Provide Professional Development for content area teachers in ELA/Math.
