Job summary

Fowlerville Community Schools in Michigan is seeking a part-time Learning Support Center supervisor to mentor students and monitor academic and behavioral MTSS interventions. You will provide daily supervision, tutoring, and coordination with teachers, and ensure access to classwork and interventions.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or higher and experience with students in an educational setting; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, mentoring, and MTSS interventions for students in the Learning Support Center.
• Support implementation of individualized academic and behavioral interventions aligned with MTSS.
• Supervise after-school academic and behavioral interventions and restorative practices.
• Coordinate communication between classroom teachers and students to ensure access to classwork.
• Provide academic assistance, tutoring, and organizational support as needed.
• Monitor student behavior and progress; report concerns to staff.
• Maintain a safe, orderly Learning Support Center environment and monitor space condition.
• Record and report attendance; follow-up on absences from interventions.
• Assist with documentation and progress monitoring related to MTSS supports.
