Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Michigan License for BCBA or equivalent credential.
• At least three years of experience with diverse and complex educational support needs.
• Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills; able to provide group training.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training to school teams and educators.
• Offer guidance on academic accommodations, curriculum modifications, and communication strategies.
• Lead MTSS practices, intervention planning, documentation, and special education compliance.
• Support evaluations and help teams build capacity to effectively support students.
