GPS Solutions is seeking a dedicated MTSS Tutor/Paraprofessional to support 9–12th grade students at St. Frances Cabrini High School in Allen Park, MI. This part-time hourly role focuses on targeted instruction and intervention to help students reach their potential.

Responsibilities include small group and one-on-one academic support, implementing MTSS strategies, collaborating with teachers to develop learning plans, and monitoring progress.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited university or college.
• SAT: 480 on EBRW and 530 on math.
• ETS Parapro Assessment – passing score 460.

Job Overview:

GPS Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Tutor/Paraprofessional to join our team. In this part-time role, you will work closely with 9- 12th grade students, teachers, and administrators to support the academic and behavioral needs of our students. Your efforts will be crucial in helping students achieve their full potential through targeted instruction and intervention.

Education Requirement (one of the following):

• A minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited university or college, or
• College Board’s SAT – Must score at least 480 on evidence-based reading and writing, and 530 on math, or
• ETS Parapro Assessment – A passing score of 460 is required

Preferred:

• Bachelor's of Science or Arts in Education
• Valid Michigan teaching certificate and applicable endorsement(s) as required by the Michigan Department of Education
