Responsibilities

• Coordinate and continuously improve Primavera's MTSS framework.
• Facilitate Student Intervention Team (SIT) meetings and monitor follow-up actions.
• Analyze academic, attendance, behavior and engagement data to identify students needing additional support.
• Collaborate with teachers, Academic Success Coaches, counselors, Special Education, and school leadership to implement interventions.
• Coordinate DIBELS administration, benchmark screening windows, and progress monitoring cycles.
• Oversee the daily work and priorities of the MTSS Data Specialist.
• Develop MTSS procedures, guidance documents, professional learning and staff resources.
• Support Tier II and Tier III interventions as needed.
• Assist with temporary instructional coverage when operational needs require.
• Participate in state testing, school events, and family engagement activities.
• Continuously improve systems, documentation, and processes that support student success.
